Builders often focus on getting a construction contract signed as quickly as possible. Studio 60 is strictly independent. I provide unbiased site analysis and planning strategy, acting entirely on your behalf to protect your budget and your project’s success, with no pressure to sign a construction contract.2. Can I use your reports to get a building permit?
My reports provide the essential "pre-construction" foundation—including site constraints, zoning, and design strategy—that you need to start your project. While these reports provide the necessary framework for a permit application, they are not formal "construction-ready" drawings. You can take my reports to your preferred builder or building surveyor to guide the next phase of your project.3. Do you provide full architectural drawings?
I specialize in the critical feasibility and pre-design stages. My focus is on helping you understand the "can we build it?" and "how should it sit on the land?" questions before you invest in expensive construction plans. This approach saves you time and money by ensuring your project is feasible from day one.4. What happens if I want to change my design after the report?
I understand that your vision can evolve. If you’d like to make changes to your initial plan, I offer a Flexible Design Support service at $150/hr. This allows us to work together to refine the details—like materials or layout—until you are completely satisfied.5. How does the "Investment Credit" work?
I want to make sure you never pay twice for the same work. If you start with a Quick Check ($199) and decide to upgrade to a Gold Report or Vision Pack later, I will deduct the full $199 from the total cost of your upgrade. You only ever pay the difference.6. What is the process after I pay for a service?
Once you purchase a report, you will be redirected to a simple 2-minute form to submit your property address and project goals. From there, I will personally review your site documents and reach out to you if I need any further details. You will receive your completed report within 3 business days.
